Reservation Procedure

We kindly ask that reservations be made through the concierge of your hotel or travel agent.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests who arrive without a prior reservation to play. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on availability. Therefore, we kindly ask you to make your reservation as early as possible through your hotel or travel agent.

Interpreter Required

In order to ensure your safety, especially in case of injury or accident on the course, it is mandatory that you are accompanied by someone who is fluent in Japanese, or that you arrange for an interpreter.

Rental Clubs and Shoes

If you require rental clubs or shoes, please inform us when making your reservation. The number of rental items is limited, so early request is highly recommended.

Tattoos and Facility Use

In Japan, tattoos are often associated with certain cultural perceptions, and some guests may feel uncomfortable. We kindly ask that all tattoos be completely covered while on the premises out of respect for all guests.
Please note that guests with visible tattoos may not be permitted to use certain facilities, such as public baths and showers, in keeping with Japanese custom. If you do not have covers, arm covers are available for purchase at the clubhouse. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Payment

Please settle your bill at the club on the day of play. We accept cash and credit cards. At this time, prepaid e-money is not accepted.
We look forward to welcoming you, and we appreciate your kind cooperation in respecting our practices and the comfort of all our guests.
